Artistic Director of Phoenix Dance Theatre, Marcus J Willis, will exhibit his trademark humour and seamless musicality in an outstanding new work created especially for the exceptional dancers of Ballet Cymru, Sensible Co-Existence. Poems and Tiger Eggs is Ballet Cymru’s love letter to Dylan Thomas. Created by Ballet Cymru Artistic Directors Darius James OBE and Amy Doughty, the piece features readings of some of Thomas’ best-known poems by Welsh icon and Ballet Cymru Patron, Cerys Matthews MBE Ballet, music and contemporary dance faultlessly fuse in an evening of creative excellence.
