The Blank Canvas reset combines neuroscience, somatic movement and solution-focused relaxation techniques into a transformative experience for women. This workshop bridges the gap between physical movement and mental empowerment - helping you relaease stored stress, understand your brains threat response and cultivate lasting self-confidence.

The session will begin with a simple explanation of the brain, followed by some gentle stretching to release physical tension, then moving into some breathing techniques which will activate the vagus nerve, followed by gentle mindfulness to allow us to focus on the present moment and bring awareness to our minds and bodies. Finally we will finish with an empowering trance/hypnosis to embed positive suggestions, self-belief and complete confidence.

**Please bring a cushion/pillow and blanket if you wish. This will help you relax during the hypnosis. Feel free to wear something you will be comfortable in.
