About This Event

BOX is a small larp festival held in Leeds. Each participant will take part in 2 short-form larps over the course of the day BOX will be held on Saturday 27th February 2027 at the HEART Centre in Headingley in Leeds. Participants take part in 2 short-form larps (live action roleplaying games) that last 3-4 hours over the course of the day. In these games, you will not need to prepare anything - you simply turn up, create your character with guidance from a facillitator and then play out stories alongside your fellow players. Descriptions of the games available can be found below. Tickets cost £40 for the full day, plus eventbrite's fee. We will send out a form by the end of October for participants to tell us which larps they'd most would like to play. There are five discounted £25 tickets set aside for people who could not otherwise afford to attend - which can be activated using the code "CONCESSION" at checkout. (If this doesn't work it's likely that the five tickets have already been claimed, but feel free to contact us to check.) After purchasing a ticket, all participants' names will be added to a list of attendees which will be circulated to ticket-holders and organisers. Refunds will be available up until 7 days before the event but will not include the eventbrite fee. Parking - There is limited parking at HEART Centre. Some of the rooms we use will be on the first and second floor, all accessible by lift. The venue has an accessible toilet on every floor. There is a small carpark by the entrance, with two dedicated disabled parking bays, which are first come first served. Parts of the venue will be open to the public.
