As part of Scalarama Leeds 2026, we'll be screening the dark teen comedy Jawbreaker plus making corsages!

As part of Scalarama Leeds 2026, Come On In presents a film screening of JAWBREAKER. Join us downstairs at Sela Bar to watch the brash cult teen classic, treat yourself to our themed cocktails and pizzas, make some corsages and eat a jawbreaker (just don't choke...)

Before the film screening, we will be running a corsage workshop! Join us to make a fabric or paper corsage out of fun materials, bedazzle and feel like you're back at prom or throw at the prom queen, it's up to you.

The film follows three of Reagan High's most popular girls who pretend to kidnap their friend on her birthday, shoving a jawbreaker in her mouth to keep her from screaming, but their plan goes awry when she chokes to death. Now the leader of the pack Liz AKA Satan in Heels will do anything to keep the accident a secret...

A high school cult classic black comedy from Director Darren Stein which redefined the teen movie. Bold, brash and unbelievably fashionable, a forgotten teen classic we can't wait to screen.

Tickets are £3 for unwaged / students / over 60s, £5 for general admission or £8 if you would like to pay a bit forward for someone else who is unable to pay the full amount. Tickets will be available on the door for £6, so if you want to save a little more we advised buying in advance.

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Sela Bar is a basement venue, accessed via a narrow set of 16 stairs, there is no wheelchair access. There is no disabled toilet. Everything at the venue is on the same level, apart from the stage which is 18cm higher.

There is no parking at the venue. Taxis can drop customers off outside the corner of Sushi Waka.

Our nearest train station is Leeds City Station, which is 804 metres away. Our nearest bus/coach station is Leeds Bus Station, Dyer St, LS2 7LA, which is 482 metres away.
