Join Donald Edwards, founding member of Phoenix Dance Theatre and RJC Dance Theatre for weekly adult community dance classes.

A feel-good adult community dance class blending contemporary dance with different dance styles, including influences from cultural forms that Donald has experienced working with different choreographers throughout his career. Classes are designed to provide context into movement styles through a cultural lens.

Classes will include simple cardio and conditioning, stretches as well as learning upliftting repertoire. Weekly classes aim to boost wellbeing, and connections through movement that feels expressive and energising.

Weekly classes are suitable for people with a wide range of experience and ages, from beginners and social dancers to professionals.

Dates & time: Thursday 3 September - Thursday 5 November, 7pm-8pm

Venue: Chapel Allerton Primary School

Prices:

Standard: £85 (£8.50 per 1hr class / 10 week term)

Concession: £75 (£7.50 per 1hr class / 10 week term)

Participants must sign up for the full 10-week block of classes to secure their space.
