A beginner friendly and gentle 2 hour movement and restorative workshop with live music, including tea and snacks at the Wellnest Kirkstall

Join us at the wonderfully peaceful Wellnest Kirkstall yoga studio for a 2 hour yoga workshop with a seasonal theme to support and nourish you through Autumn transitions. We invite you to join this gentle workshop, combining breath, movement and flow before moving into some restorative yoga poses with props aimed to release tension, promote healing and nervous system regulation. Come along and connect your breath and body in a friendly and calming atmosphere.

The workshop is facilitated by 2 trauma-informed and experienced yoga teachers offering a welcoming space to beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Money raised from this event goes to SARSVL's life- changing and life-saving support services for survivors of sexual violence.
