English Conversation Class In Partnership With Kirkstall Forge (Taught By HL Tutoring Services)

The English Conversation Class with HL Tutoring Services enables you to successfully:

If English is your second language then join the in-person English Conversation Class for adults, led by an experienced and fully qualified British teacher, every Thursday evening.

The 'Kirkstall Forge English Conversation' course runs every Thursday, 6-7.30pm (GMT/BST). Contact HL Tutoring Services, ring 07950598030 or avoid the Eventbrite fee by booking online here today. Limited places allocated on a first-come, first served basis. £70 = 4 x 90 minutes. Bookings close 3 days before the first session.

Course Details:

The course is for adults learning English as a Foreign/Second Language. It's for non-native English speakers.

It is aimed at:

*Professionals working in the private and public sector.

*Locals (who do not speak English as their first language) within the Kirkstall/Horsforth/Kirkstall Forge area.

*Spouses/family members of professionals.

*People who have come to Leeds on holiday.

🚉Please note, Kirkstall Forge has its own train station . As a result course participants may also travel to Kirkstall Forge from Leeds city centre (10 minutes by train) or from Shipley, Apperley Bridge or Saltaire. There are also plenty car parking spaces for those who prefer to drive. 🚗

Light refreshments ☕️🧁will also be provided by Butler's Cafe! Please specify any dietary requirements.

The language range is intermediate level English. ‘Independent level B1 and B2’. Students should be able to speak in sentences already but would like to extend their vocabulary/communicate in a range of settings/give reasons/explanations/opinions in conversation.

It's a good idea to sign up from the beginning of the course. The price of the course remains the same, even if you don't attend every class. You only pay once for the course.
