Welcome to the Leeds Standup Social Club Open Mic Night. Whether you are a seasoned comic looking to polish a new set or someone who has always wanted to try standup for the first time, this is a welcoming space to test out your material. We keep the atmosphere relaxed and supportive, focusing on the craft of comedy rather than the pressure of a traditional club stage. This event is for anyone in the Leeds area who wants to be part of a community of writers and performers. You do not need to have a polished five minutes ready to go; you are just as welcome to come along, grab a drink, and watch others work through their ideas. We meet to share laughs, offer encouragement, and connect with other locals who enjoy the process of comedy. If you are interested in performing, let us know when you arrive so we can get your name on the list. If you just want to sit back and observe, that is perfectly fine as well. We hope to see you there, so please go ahead and RSVP if you think you can make it.
