Join sound composer Adam Martin to create a sonic postcard inspired by the sounds and atmospheres of the waterway, and take part in mindful conversation with Rowan Bailey exploring the sights and stories of the canal. A relaxed and welcoming session for anyone interested in creativity, wellbeing, nature and local places.
