Mandy’s Barbecue and Chef Benjamin White of Eat Your Greens come together for an intimate seven-course tasting menu, with additional snacks and an optional wine flight.

Drawing on both chefs’ cultures, influences and experiences working in kitchens, the menu brings together bold flavours, thoughtful techniques and a mix of familiar and unexpected combinations.

The evening will be accompanied by live music, creating a relaxed and intimate setting for the dinner.
