Every weekend our series of fitness events focus of making fitness social. A chance to share positivity energy with your mates, meet new people, enjoy a group workout and get a weekend sweat on. Events will rotate between Flow Yoga, Pilates, Dance Fêteness & Barre across Left Bank (and occasionally Belgrave). The perfect opportunity to wind down after a long week at work, get a sweat on before a gruelling week at uni or take a positive break from family life for a couple of hours - we've got you covered every single weekend.

Each ticket includes a free iced matcha latte courtesy of NOOSH or an iced coffee or tea to enjoy after the class.

About this event:

We've teamed up with Carly Bateman to bring BARRE to MOOVA! Think of barre as pilates’ spicier sister, blending the precision of pilates with the mindful flow of yoga. Driven entirely by the beat of a banging playlist, Barre is an energetic, mat-based workout designed to build functional strength and celebrate movement. While it’s definitely spicy, it is completely beginner-friendly with options to modify and moov at your own pace. Bring your energy, find the rhythm, and leave feeling empowered, strong, and connected to your body!

- mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own

- please arrive 5-10 minutes before your event start time

- we advise removing jewellery before the start of the event

- all events are strictly 18+
