Welcome to Brush & Bloom — the paint and sip experience at The Art Studio by The Girly Scene, Headingley’s most loved creative venue for women, friends and groups of all kinds.

No talent needed. No experience required. Just show up, settle in with something from Caffeine Addict — our in-house café — and let one of our brilliant local artists guide you through a gorgeous canvas painting from scratch. Two and a half hours later, you leave with a masterpiece you actually made yourself.

Please note: purchasing a ticket will admit you to a public group booking unless you contact the organiser prior to make it a private booking. Sometimes other people booked on the same day as you will opt for a private booking, which means you may end up with a private experience yourself as the other group members end up in a seperate space.

Arrive early and head straight to Caffeine Addict, our in-house café on the ground floor. We serve freshly brewed coffees, teas, cold drinks, sandwiches, soups and salads — all non-alcoholic, all freshly made. The perfect way to gather yourself, meet your group and settle in before the brushes come out.

∙ 16 and over: welcome to attend independently

∙ 13–15: welcome with a parent or responsible adult

∙ Under 13: welcome for private group bookings — contact us to arrange the right session

∙ Please arrive 10 minutes before your session — grab a coffee from Caffeine Addict, get your apron on and get comfortable

∙ Wear something you don’t mind getting a little painty.

∙ Bring a bag to carry your canvas home — it’ll be worth it

∙ All abilities welcome — our artists are patient, encouraging and genuinely fun

∙ Unfortunately we do not have step free access at this time.
