Come get cosy with our summer sunrise and sunset sound baths hosted inside the incredible Leeds Corn Exchange.

Join us in the beautiful Corn Exchange to experience the meditative sound of crystal and himalayan sound bowls.

Underneath the expansive glass roof of this iconic building, lay back and take part in a guided meditation before relaxing down to the stunning sounds by Jo from Crystal Clear Sound Therapy. And to finish, enjoy a cup of Cacao tea feeling calmed, refreshed and peaceful.

We’re hoping to make sound baths a regular feature at the Corn Exchange!

To help us test out the space and get the flow just right, these first two preview sessions are offered at a lower rate before our official launch.

Come get cosy - please bring a yoga mat, an eye mask, and any blankets or pillows you need to stay comfortable. If lying on the floor isn't for you, just let us know and we’ll happily provide a chair.

Choose between our Sunset Sound Bath on Thursday 3rdofSeptember at 7:30-8:30pm or our Sunrise Sound Bath on Friday 4thofSeptember at 7:30-8:30am - or come to both!

In our Sunrise session, start your day grounded and refreshed with an energising morning sound bath designed to awaken your senses, clear mental fog, and set a peaceful intention for the day ahead.

In our Sunset session, gently unwind from the day's demands with a deeply soothing sound bath crafted to melt away tension, quiet a busy mind, and allow you to drift into a state of restful calm.

Thursday 3rd September 7:30-8:30pm

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time. Meeting point is Quartz n All, down in the Piazza of the Corn Exchange. There is lift access as well as stairs. Please be aware this event will be taking place while the building is still open to the public, though the majority of the shops will be closed. There may be some professional photography and filming at this event, if you do not wish to be photographed, please let yourself be known to us before the beginning of the event.

Friday 4th September 7:30-8:30am

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time. Meeting point will be outside the front entrance to the Corn Exchange building where will we will enter as a group. This event will take place while the Corn Exchange is closed to the public. There is lift access as well as stairs. There may be some professional photography and filming at this event, if you do not wish to be photographed, please let yourself be known to us before the beginning of the event.
