An Instructor led wellbeing ride along the canal tow path from Hollybush TCV to Rodley Nature Reserve*

For people who can already confidently ride a bike and want to go on a short group ride to support their physical and mental health.

Friendly and fully qualified cycling instructors will lead the ride

Bikes, helmets and all equipment provided (or bring your own if you prefer)

Traffic free environment

Age 16+

The ride will last up to 1.5 hours, but will go at the pace of the slowest rider (* distance depends on the ability of the group)

Toilets are available at the start and finish.
