Runners will trail along the tranquil Leeds to Liverpool Canal (Kirkstall). This out and back route is an entirely flat route, making it perfect for beginners who want to take in the beautiful lakeside sights.

The flat surfaces are also ideal for seasoned athletes who are looking to smash through their PB's.

There will be plenty of water and aids stations located throughout the course.

Please note that bibs will be given out on the day of registration. Registration and toilets will be next to the canal

Our races are fully Trail Running Association licensed and take place on the beautiful Leeds to Liverpool Canal – a flat, scenic out-and-back route ideal for beginners and experienced runners alike.

Registration Opens from 8am – please allow yourself 1 hour to park, register and use the loos.

10K – 10:00am start

10 Miler – 8:30am start

Half Marathon – 9:00am start

20 Miler (2 x 10 mile laps) – 8:30am start

Marathon (2 x half marathon laps) – 8:30am start

Ultra Marathon –(2 x half marathon laps + 10km) 8:30am start

During the race important things to note:

We try to be cup-less: Our feed stations are normally around every three miles and offer drinks and a range of food, but please bring your own re-usable cup or bottle.

Headphones: Most of our courses are off-road, but we still prefer you not to wear earphones, and due to on-course incidents, we have taken the decision to ban large over-ear headphones. These block out any other sounds and don't allow runners to hear marshals, vehicles, or other users of the route. If you do need to wear earphones, then please use bone conducting earphones or "one in one out" in-ear pieces. Please note there may will be unmarshalled road crossings.

Transfers/Deferrals: You can self-serve your transfer or deferral on this website or “Let’s Do This,” depending on where you booked. Please try not to change your event or details on the day as it causes delays and queues at registration. Defers are only allowed up to 7 days before the event

Please notify the closest marshal if you are struggling, injured, or want to retire.
