Wooish is a relaxed, welcoming women’s circle where you can step away from the pressures of everyday life, put the to-do list down for an hour and give yourself a little breathing space.

Think gentle movement, guided meditation, oracle cards, journalling, a bit of reflection. No experience needed, no expectations and absolutely no pressure to share, speak or do anything that doesn't feel right for you.

You don't need to be spiritual, know how to meditate or have your life figured out. You can turn up exactly as you are — busy brain, messy thoughts, tired eyes and all!

This is your time to slow down, recenter, clear a little headspace and reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling a little lighter, a little clearer and ready to take on whatever the week ahead has in store.

No fixing yourself. No getting it perfect. Just an hour for you.
