Theme: Own your story: In this session we explore the whole story, not just the highlight reel because when we share the stresses, messes and successes together the conversation goes deeper to help each other figure things out together.

What is Working Women Club?

The only comparison to traditional networking is that you will have to introduce yourself. The rest is very different. The session will always have a theme, it has self-promotion workshop elements so you get to think about yourself in your work and have some actionable take-aways, and it also gives you structure to talk to others in the room in a deeper way than your usual chat over a coffee.

Working Women Club is a monthly session for working women in Yorkshire a carefully facilitated space where you come to think, reflect, connect, and leave genuinely energised.

Each session has a fresh theme from making your business more visible, to turning rejection into redirection, to reviewing your quarter with clarity and intention. You'll learn something, explore it together, and apply it directly to where you are right now.

Here's how it works:

Every session is structured:

A short, thought-provoking opener on the month's theme something that gets you thinking differently about your business or career.

Guided reflection questions

Structured peer discussions designed to go deeper than "so what do you do?" these are the conversations that build real trust.

Connection that means something because you've shared something real, not just swapped instagram handles.

It's facilitated by Lisa Lyons with a corporate background in Cyber Security before moving into Life Coaching, with experience in running antenatal sessions and breastfeeding groups as a trained Breastfeeding Counsellor, she knows exactly how to create a room where women open up, support each other, and leave feeling seen.

Who is it for?

Any working woman. Employed, self-employed, side-hustling, scaling up, just starting out, you're welcome here. You don't need a polished pitch or a business plan. You just need to show up.
