Target Audience: Headteachers and Multi Academy Trust CEOs

After the success of the ‘Big Conversation’ in January 2026, school leaders requested a further event.

This event will focus on what are our key achievements, developments and focus areas as a system and how we work together to deliver the SEND Reforms with the financial additionality – what does this mean for you and how do you prepare for the future

There will be opportunities to hear from Local Authtority staff, health colleagues, parent/carers, young people and school leaders, as well as opportunities to review locality data and discuss key areas within your locality groups.

In order for this to be effective, we need commitment to attend from Head Teachers, Directors of Education / SEND and CEOs.

This is a free event with lunch included.

This event will only be a success with schools’ participation. We will review how many colleagues have signed up by the 24th September – if we do not have enough numbers, we will be unfortunately cancelling this session.
