About This Event

This session is for both men and women who want to understand better the challenges in creating a sustaining diverse and welcoming teams, and what they can personally and professionally do to make a difference. We expect to have decision makers in the room as well as those early in their career who would like to start on the right foot and find some encouragement. Crucially, we'll look at how each construction profession can best collaborate with the others to enact change that benefits the wider industry. You'll come away with a new understanding and appreciation of ethical practice and your duty to those in the workplace, oneself and the profession and resolving ethical issues. We'll cover effective team and people management in a hands on and engaging fashion.
