Our Smart Procurement Workshops are back!

ESPO is excited to announce that we’re bringing back our popular procurement sessions! We will be hosting a series of FREE half-day Smart Procurement Workshops in the autumn term to help kick start the new academic year, demonstrating the use of PSBO frameworks to maximise value for your school or academy.

With over 45 years’ experience supplying goods and services to education establishments across the country, our expert team will be on hand to offer support and guidance throughout the session. Members from the Department for Education (DfE) will be attending to share the latest information about and the benefits of the Get Help Buying for Schools offer – a free and compliant service to help you buy for your school, trust or academy.

We'll be in Leicester on Thursday 26 November from 9:00 with our workshop running 9:30 - 13:30.

Who should attend? These workshops are ideal for School Business Managers or anyone within a school or academy with procurement responsibilities.

What you will learn:

Gain a good understanding of procurement responsibilities for your school or trust.

How to use a framework including a live exercise and case studies.

Gain confidence in your ability to procure compliantly.

You’ll take away the following tools and support to make procurement so much easier:

DfE-approved PBO frameworks.

Procurement support for your trust or school.

A procurement toolkit for effective contract management.

Plus: if you have any particular procurement related projects or questions, you can have a chat with a member of the ESPO team straight after the workshop.

Please be aware that spaces are limited and booking is required to attend this event. Only one space per organisation is permitted to ensure we can accommodate as many schools as possible.
