We are welcoming back Interstellar organist Roger Sayer to play a special concert under the Light of Stars.

We are delighted to welcome Interstellar organist Roger Sayer to the Cathedral for a special concert as part of the Light of Stars installation. Returning to Leicester following his previous sell-out performance, Roger will bring the Oscar-nominated music of Interstellar to life on the Cathedral’s organ.

Audiences can enjoy highlights from the film’s iconic score alongside much-loved themes from Star Wars, Thunderbirds and Things to Come, all performed beneath the spectacular Light of Stars installation.

The evening will take audiences on a journey through time and space, with Roger sharing insights into his work with Christopher Nolan and Hans Zimmer, followed by a discussion and Q&A.

Doors open at 5.45pm.
