Aims: This 2-day hands-on masterclass aims to provide dental technicians with an increased understanding of how to achieve outstanding aesthetics when designing and manufacturing anterior restorations using IPS e.max CAD.

With a strong focus on CAD design using 3 Shape, scientific information, material preparation, anatomical contouring, advanced stain and glaze and micro layering techniques, this masterclass is designed to equip participants with the advanced knowledge and skills required to implement several new techniques to produce truly world class smile makeovers. Including assessing the case according to Simon's philosophy and what to look for regarding smile design, how to design for best results using 3shape, how to process IPS e.max CAD blocks from blue state to final shade and finally how to cut back and characterise using Ivocolor and IPS e.max Ceram.
