Get ready for a fun day where kids learn cool ways to help the planet and make a difference!

Join us for our Kids Sustainability Summer Club designed for children aged 7–11 years. This fun and interactive session will explore the importance of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, helping children understand what waste is, where it goes, and how our everyday choices can make a difference to the environment. Through discussions, activities and a short video about climate change, children will learn how everyone can play a part in protecting our planet. They'll discover what recycling is, why it matters, and how to correctly sort common household waste.

To bring their learning to life, children will get creative by building their own robot from recycled materials, showing how items that might otherwise be thrown away can be reused in exciting new ways. The session aims to inspire children to reduce waste, recycle correctly and develop sustainable habits they can take home and share with their families.

Parents and carers must remain present throughout the session, and complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits will be available for adults to enjoy.
