Jaymini Pankhania is the founder of MiniBrickChic CIC, a Leicestershire-based community initiative using the simple power of LEGO play to build confidence, communication and connection.

What began in August 2025 as a personal passion for LEGO grew into something much bigger. Jaymini discovered that bricks could be more than something to build with: they could create calm, open conversations, break down barriers and bring together people who might otherwise never connect.

In April 2026, that idea became MiniBrickChic CIC, with a mission to make creative LEGO play accessible across communities and generations.

Through community events, children's sessions, adult experiences, collaborations and inclusive LEGO play, Jaymini is creating spaces where there is no pressure to be the best builder and no right or wrong way to take part. Sometimes all it takes is a bucket of bricks on a table to get people talking.

Her approach brings together her professional background in project and operational management with creativity, lived experience and a genuine belief in the power of human connection.

MiniBrickChic has since grown through community partnerships, events and media recognition, including features with ITV Central and Radio2Funky.
