About This Event

The Smyths are set to commemorate the 40th anniversary of two seminal Smiths albums, "The Smiths" and "Hatful of Hollow," at the O2 Academy Leicester on October 23, 2026. The concert will showcase a selection of beloved tracks from these iconic albums, including classics such as "This Charming Man," "What Difference Does It Make?" and "Heaven Knows I’m Miserable Now." A lineup of special guests is also planned to join the performance, adding an extra layer of excitement for fans. Ticket details will be available on the venue's website soon, allowing enthusiasts to secure their spot in what promises to be a memorable celebration of The Smiths' enduring legacy.

This event is a live concert performance by The Smyths, an accurate and thrilling tribute to The Smiths that captures the band as they were between 1982 and 1987. The setlist covers key tracks from that period, including This Charming Man, Panic, How Soon Is Now, Big Mouth Strikes Again, and What Difference Does It Make.

The Smyths are the UK's longest-established tribute act to The Smiths, now in their eighth year of performance.

The event takes place at O2 Academy Leicester on 23 October 2026. No further information is provided regarding timings, age restrictions, accessibility, or food and drink options.
