Sound Bath with Gongs & Shamanic Drum Farewell & Chorley Village Hall Wednesday 25th June | 7:00pm Shaman’s Rest is delighted to be bringing its popular Sound Bath experience to Chorley Village Hall for the very first time. Join Andrew Elson for an evening of deep relaxation, healing sounds and gentle meditation. Using gongs, singing bowls, shamanic drum and other sacred instruments, this immersive experience is designed to help calm the mind, release stress and restore balance. Whether you are completely new to sound healing or a regular attendee, this event offers a welcoming space to relax, unwind and reconnect with yourself. Please Bring • Yoga mat, camp bed or reclining chair• Pillow and blanket for comfort• Bottle of water• Warm, comfortable clothing Health & Safety Sound baths are generally safe and relaxing for most people. However, please contact us before booking if you:• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy• Have epilepsy or a seizure disorder• Have severe sound sensitivity• Have a serious mental health condition that may be affected by meditation or sound work• Have a pacemaker or other medical device and are unsure if sound vibration is suitable for you Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in before the session begins.
