About This Event

Belton's herd of fallow deer have spent the long, hot summer looking after their fawns and growing some impressive sets of antlers. Autumn is show-time for the master bucks, who will be setting up rutting stands in favourite spots and trying to attract as many does as possible. Join professional photographer and volunteer ranger Jon Pear as he guides you through the parkland, sharing top tips on how to capture these amazing seasonal scenes as well as sharing how the rangers care for the herd. Due to the nature of this walk, we ask that there are no dogs as we will enter the deer sanctuary.
