CIRCUIT RUNNING welcomes you to our Valentines event.

We are pleased to have our inaugural event here in at The YMCA Athletics Track, it'll be a 7 hour challenge where you can complete 5k all the way up to ultra marathon within the time limit you can start a last lap up to 6:59:59 hrs even if you finish over 7 hours. everyone is welcome weather you run or walk.

The course is will be laps of the 400 meters track.

Start time is 9:30am, registration will open at 9:00am.

What do I get for taking part:

After finishing you'll get a Valentines Run medal and Also you'll receive a goody bag for your efforts.

Aid table:

At the end of each lap there'll be a aid table with water, squash, fizzy drinks and a variety of different food.

Toilet facilities:

The venue has toilets available for runners they are loacted in the maiun building.

Parking:

There is plenty of parking at the venue, please car share where possible.

Event instructions and Numbers:

Event instructions will be sent out to participants 7 days before the event via email. Number pick up will be from registration on the morning of event day.

There will be somewhere to leave a bag at the start / finish area. However, this is not a secure bag area and the items cannot be watched at all times so please do not leave anything valuable.

The run is run under UKA Athletics rules

Maximum distances permitted under rules are as follows:

Age 12-13 years. 5,000m

Age 14-15 years. 6,000m

Age 16 10,000m

Age 17 25,000m

Age 18-19 45,000m

Age 20 and over. No maximum distance
