Winter Solstice Sanctuary - Deluxe Restorative Yoga, Hot Chocolate & New Year Intentions.

Step out of the Christmas rush, and into our cosy candlelit class.

As the wheel of the year turns to the shortest day and the longest night on the 21st December nature invites us to slow down, turn inward and rest. Yet, our modern world often asks us to do the exact opposite.

Give yourself permission to pause. Our Winter Solstice workshop is a deeply nuturing, multi sensory experience designed to help you honour the seasonal shift, release the stress from the past year, and plant the seeds for a purposeful New year.

No previous experience required, just a desire to rest reflect and reset.
