The pressures on regeneration have never been greater. Skills shortages, funding constraints, planning delays and infrastructure challenges are creating real barriers to delivery across the UK.

But it’s not all negative. Across the sector, there are organisations and local authorities finding ways to push schemes forward, unlocking investment, building stronger partnerships and delivering meaningful impact in spite of the challenges. On 8th September, we’re bringing together a group of industry leaders and local authority representatives who are doing exactly that.

We’ll hear directly from specialists across strategic growth, civils and urban design, placemaking, construction delivery and engineering, sharing practical insight from what they are seeing and delivering on the ground right now.

Taking place during the Housing Community Summit, you will have access to key clients and organisations bringing innovative solutions to the table.

This is your chance to step back, listen, ask questions and have open conversations with peers across local authorities, developers, housing providers and construction.
