GET **IT DONE CLUB is an anti-stuffy, informal collective of people in business who believe in connection and collaboration over competition, and focus on people first and business later. We create a supportive space for those in business to come together, have a brew, and get **it done!

Who is GET **IT DONE CLUB for?

To us, we don’t care about your gender, your industry or even if you’re self-employed or employed. If you’re feeling like an under-dog, have a naggy voice in your head telling you you’re not good enough, or you need to get **it done, then there is space for you!

GET **IT DONE CLUB meets at Vecino, which is the perfect setting to chat with new connections and share your ideas, experiences and insights with like-minded people, in an environment that encourages collaboration over competition.

Philippa helps people understand themselves, understand others and work better together. Through engaging, practical workshops, she explores why some people seem to push our buttons, how different behavioural styles can create misunderstanding and friction, and what we can do differently.

Her approach is rooted in a simple idea. We can’t control other people, but with greater self-awareness and awareness of others, we have more choice in how we respond. Philippa works with business owners, leaders and teams to turn those everyday human differences into better communication, stronger relationships and healthier workplace cultures.

Her talk at this event will be on: You Can’t Change Them. So What Can You Change? We can’t control how other people behave, but we can choose how we respond. This interactive session explores how adapting our approach can change the dynamic, reduce friction and help us communicate more effectively with the people we find difficult.
