pilates girlies rise up!!

here's everything you need to know:

🧘🏼‍♀️ what the event is: this class is a 45 min beginner friendly pilates session

🕔 timings: 5pm - 5:45pm (please arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start)

📍 location: 24 Hope Street (the blue/green door!) - unfortunately not wheelchair accessible

1️⃣ the class is in studio 1 (downstairs) - please ring the buzzer on the door to be let into the building

🎀 you can get a bus to myrtle street (bus 86/75) and its a 2 min walk to the studio

☕️ parking: park on hope street in front of 92 degrees or art bars

☁️ capacity: max 20 girls (most come solo)

🎧 mats are provided!
