This nationally recognised qualification is ideal for teachers, teaching assistants, early years practitioners, youth workers and outdoor educators looking to deliver learner-centred Forest School sessions that support wellbeing, resilience, confidence and connection to nature. Throughout the course you will explore: Forest School principles and ethos Practical woodland skills Tool use and fire safety Risk assessment and site management Planning and delivering Forest School programmes Nature identification and ecological awareness Supporting holistic child development through outdoor learning Course Includes: 7 days face-to-face practical training, 5 days initial training plus 2 assessment days dates TBC with group.
