Are you new to improv, or just think that you're naturally the funniest queer you know? Join this workshop led by Lilith Maya Welsh

Join us for Liverpool Trans Pride's first Improv Comedy night for beginners, with a social hour for continuing the giggles afterwards.

You’ll have the opportunity to get creative and learn from Lilith Maya Welsh. Lilith has a huge passion for all things improv and this workshop is a great insight from an educator and somebody that is still in that joyful process of discovering everything for the first time.

All materials will be provided, and no prior experience is needed.

Led by

Lilith Maya Welsh with Popcorn Pig (she/her) is a trans woman and improviser from Widnes. She started her journey training under Liverpool Comedy Improv and Atom Improv, and is part of multiple successful local improv troupes for nearly 3 years. Her biggest achievement so far is winning Best Comedy at the Liverpool Fringe in 2024 and training with famous improvisers from across the world, including Billy Merrit (UCB), David Razowsky (Second City) and Jiavani (DropoutTV). She has a real passion for improv comedy and want to use it to empower more queer and trans people across Liverpool!
