This workshop covers how to keep your pupils enagaged, loyal and excited to learn with you.

Right now, with so many pupils looking for lessons, it can feel like loyalty doesn’t matter. If one learner leaves, another will be along soon… right?

Wrong.

Every instructor — no matter how skilled, experienced, or popular — loses pupils from time to time. But if it’s happening often, it’s time to ask why. Sometimes small, unnoticed patterns in your approach can quietly push learners away. Fixing them can turn pupils into long term advocates who stay with you, recommend you, and strengthen your reputation.

At Insight 2 Drive, we don’t judge. We help.

In this supportive workshop, written by Kathy Higgins Dip DI. F Inst MTD and Leanne Condliff DVSA ADI (Grade A), you’ll explore the PMMFS framework and learn how to keep pupils engaged, loyal, and excited to learn with you.
