We Want Women is a voluntary CIC organisation dedicated to creating safe spaces for women and non binary performing artists in Liverpool (and beyond) 🪐 Formed in 2017 originally as an open mic, the organisation has grown to holding regular wellbeing and performance events.
Sisters Making Waves is our monthly showcase performance event held in the gorgeously inspiring Hobo Kiosk featuring 3 exceptional and diverse performers proudly expressing their talents. 🌊
The night is also about connecting with likeminded folk to create a culture that is welcoming, meaningful and inclusive where women and non binary artists can take up space unapologetically.
