Tell Me What I Want To Hear is a sharp, tender and quietly urgent play about loneliness, the limits of self-help, and what we really mean when we say we want someone to listen. What happens when Ben, the main character, turns to his AI companion for help?

This captivating legislative theatre piece will be performed as a staged reading. Actors will perform with costumes and props, but they will not be off script. We believe that this format is most suitable for obtaining feedback and engagement from the audience.

We will invite members of the audience to join the cast for interaction, improvisation and discussion as to how we should shape regulation in the use of AI for mental health. You do not need any prior knowledge or experience in AI or mental health, so join us for a fun and engaging event!
