After weeks of intense training, these brave colleagues are ready to show what they’re made of—all while raising funds for The 23 Foundation, an organisation founded by English football analyst and former professional player, Jamie Carragher, that supports sick, disabled and disadvantaged children, as well as offering support to foodbanks, primary schools and selected community initiatives.

But this event isn’t just about charity—it’s also a powerful opportunity for the participants to focus on their mental health . Training, pushing limits, and stepping outside their comfort zones can be incredibly empowering and beneficial for their well-being. For many, this journey has been about building confidence, resilience, and supporting each other as a team. 💪🏽
