A focused, supportive space for women growing a business their way - solo, small team or a side hustle. Connect, learn, support & grow!

Coworking Day for Women on the Business Rollercoaster!

Join us as we make riding the rollercoaster of business so much better.

Connection, support, ideas, collaboration and growth, right alongside like-minded women who just get it.

Whether you're looking for a change of scene, some accountability, or a bit of networking, you're in the right place. Stop second-guessing, doubting or feeling lost. We're all in the same boat, and it's a much better ride with good company.

Spaces are limited to 10 women, so everyone has room to think, work and be genuinely heard.

What to Expect

Friendly welcome and relaxed environment

Focused work sessions — think, plan or crack on with your to-do list

A guided session to work through what's on your mind, share successes and challenges (last time, one woman left having reframed her value and doubled her prices — that's the kind of shift that can happen here!)

Fresh eyes and ideas from the women around the table

Great company (because home gets lonely)

No pressure. Just space to breathe, think and be around people who get it.

Your ticket includes beverages, snacks and lunch.

How the Day Unfolds

9-10:00am – Arrive, settle in, coffee and introductions

11:00am – Guided group session: what's on your mind, wins and challenges

12:00pm – Focused work time, bring your to-do list or your biggest project

1:00pm – Lunch

2:00pm – Back to it! Focused work time (and conversations too!)

4-5:00pm – Wrap up, leave with clarity, ideas and a plan for what's next

Is This For You?

This IS the right day for you if:

You're a female founder, freelancer or solo business owner

You want honest support, not surface-level networking

You're new to business, years in, or building a side hustle

You want accountability to finally do "that thing"

You just want to work somewhere that isn't your sofa

This probably ISN'T for you if:

You're looking for a large-scale, fast-paced networking event

You want to spend the day pitching or hard-selling

You'd rather work entirely alone with no group interaction

Why the Rollercoaster Club?

"It's like a rollercoaster." That's what everyone said to me when I started my business. I've discovered they were right — the highs, the lows, the constant ups and downs.

That's why I created Rollercoaster Club: a space where female founders and professionals connect, share the chaos, celebrate wins and tackle challenges together. Because the rollercoaster is always more fun with company.

What Women Are Saying

"Fiona curates the most impactful experiences that always leave me feeling energised and powerful. You will make new connections with other women and you will have a clearer plan for your next move. She creates a space where women can feel seen and supported — that is so important more than ever." — Nerissa Golden

"I always feel a boost after being in the space that you create and hold for us all." — Janet Dugdale

"I joined the Rollercoaster Club co-working space last month and it was great! A warm welcome from Fiona, amazing co-workers who all gave a different perspective and a calm space in which to focus on work. Highly recommend for getting out of your home office (or kitchen table!) — and a nice lunch too." — Jennie Williams
