XIV International Congress of Person-Centered Medicine (ICPCM) - hosted at Alder Hey Children's Hospital, one of Europe's leading dedicated children's hospitals, in Liverpool, UK.

This two-day international congress focuses specifically on Person-Centred Child Health, bringing together clinicians, nurses, and allied health professionals from around the world to explore what it truly means to place the child - and their family - at the heart of healthcare.

The ICPCM is an international not-for-profit organisation dedicated to refocusing medicine on the whole person: their physical, mental, social, cultural and spiritual wellbeing. Since 2008 it has convened annual international congresses, published the International Journal of Person Centered Medicine, and built a global community of scholars and institutions committed to humanistic, person-centred care.

This 2026 congress will address the most pressing issues in child health today: the impact of digital life, mental health and inequality, children in conflict, rights-based care, and the challenge of keeping care person-centred in an AI-driven world.

Who is the conference aimed at?

The congress is aimed at doctors, nurses and allied health professionals working in paediatrics and child health, as well as researchers and academics in the field.
