About This Event

**The question for this walk: why do AI rollouts stall after the pilot?** Most of us have watched something work in a pilot and then run into trouble. Bring one you're wrestling with. We walk in pairs and small groups, and I'll mix people up once or twice along the way so you get a proper conversation with three or four people. **Who this is for** People trying to make AI work inside organisations. Adoption and transformation leads, L&D and HR, operations, product, policy, risk, internal comms, consultants doing this for clients. **What this isn't** If you're here to sell, this isn't the one. **Meeting point:** Under the clock on the main concourse at Waterloo station, by the Pret. We leave the station at 18:25 sharp, so please be on time. **Route:** Route: down to the South Bank and east past the National Theatre and Tate Modern, over towards Borough. The walk itself is 30 to 45 minutes. We finish at The Mudlark by Southwark Cathedral, London Bridge station is two minutes away for your way home **RSVPs include one question. I read the answers, so please give me a line.** Running late on the night: 07491656653 or message me here.
