About This Event

Celebrate the shift into autumn with an intimate evening of deep rest, candlelit movement and a nourishing seasonal feast. The autumn equinox marks the exact moment day and night are in perfect balance before we head into the darker months. It is a time for harvesting the fruits of summer, finding equilibrium and preparing to turn inward. Join Tilly (The Nest) and Holly (Holly’s Munch) for a special evening to honour this seasonal shift. We will begin by slowing down and grounding our bodies with a candlelit breathwork and Yin Yoga flow, before gathering around a communal table for a vibrant, warming autumn feast. With only 25 spaces available, this is an intimate night designed to reset your nervous system and connect with the local community. The Menu Tease by Holly’s Munch Our feast is centred around Ayurvedic autumn principles - focusing on warming, digestible and grounding vegetarian ingredients to support the body during the seasonal transition. To Share: Warming seasonal curries, rich comforting dhal, homemade flatbreads and cooling herbal raitas. To Finish: A rich, warming chocolate dessert. This event is BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) if you would like to enjoy a drink with your dinner. A small £5 corkage fee per bottle applies on the door to cover glassware. Ticket Information Price: £45 (includes the 45 minute yoga/breathwork session, full dinner, herbal tea and a goody bag). What to Bring & Important Info Yoga Mats & Comfort: Please bring your own yoga mat, a warm blanket and a pair of cosy socks for the Yin practice. Dietary Requirements & Allergies: We can accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice. You must state any allergies or dietary requirements when booking your ticket. Due to the pop-up nature of the event, we cannot accommodate changes on the night. Refund policy: Due to the intimate nature of the event, all tickets are non-refundable.
