Immerse yourself in an evening of sound and self-discovery at Awaken!

On 7th November, take a pause from the daily noise and step into the captivating space of Siobhan Davies Studios in Elephant & Castle, London.

Your journey begins with a grounding cacao ceremony, followed by a guided meditation led by experienced practitioner Dominic. From there, you’ll be carried into a transportive sound journey with gong baths and ambient soundscapes crafted by Amina.

Through breath, mindfulness, and the power of resonance, Awaken holds a space to reconnect with yourself. Leave behind the stresses of the everyday for one evening and attune to your inner landscape.

Special live performances include:

Soulful singing by Gayatri to close the evening

Dj Rohini weaving an evocative soundscape blending electronic beats and emotive melodies, with a surprise sonic twist

Amenities: Adaptogenic coffee provided by London Noortropics and a fruit and tea station to nourish you. Please bring your own mat.

Come with an open mind, ready to explore. Unwind, re-energize, and align the soul, return to you.
