A rest practice for people who struggle to rest.

Join Lucy B for a workshop exploring rest lots of different ways to stretch and rest.

Friday 16th October 7-9pm @ Substation, Brixton

In a world where we are always on the go, its well hard to take the time to take a little pause. This is 2 hours of wiggling, stretching and resting to give you some space to slow down.

What is does it include

-Biscuits,

-Slow, grounded, wiggly movement.

-Yin (longer held stretches)

-Restorative Yoga Shapes (soft supported shapes)

This workshop is for all levels and experinces.

Useful To Know

-The studio is up 1 flight of stairs

-The venue has 3x gender neutral toilets

-Low level muisc will be played through out the practice

-This practice requires the ability to move from the floor to standing

-Mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own

This workshop is sliding scale to, please purchase the ticket price that you are able to afford.
