About Beetlejuice

Beetlejuice at the Prince Edward Theatre in London is the West End musical based on Tim Burton’s film. It follows Lydia Deetz, a strange and unusual teenager who shares her home with a pair of newly-deads and Beetlejuice, the demonic ghost with the most.

The show blends dark comedy, the supernatural and a life-affirming story, with a book and set design described in the source as deliberately irreverent and inventive. It is presented as a limited West End run from May 2026 until April 2027.

The production has transferred from Broadway and has been described in the source as a “feast for the eyes and soul” and “screamingly good fun”, with the soundtrack and staging playing a major part in the experience.

Key facts: West End run from May 2026 to April 2027; recommended for ages 12 and over with adult supervision; features strong language, adult humour, mature themes and drug references.
