BOLLYHIT x BELLYFIT — A One-Hour Fusion Fitness Experience

Two dance worlds, one incredible class! Join us for an hour-long fitness fusion that brings together the electric energy of Bollywood and the sultry rhythm of belly dance.

We open with 30 minutes of BollyHit — high-energy Bollywood dance fitness set to your favourite Bollywood beats, designed to get your heart rate up and your energy soaring.

Then we flow straight into 30 minutes of BellyFit, dancing to a mix of upbeat Arabic music and a little Shakira to really get those hips shaking. We’ll cover real belly dance moves and finish with a fun mini choreo to take home.

Across the hour you’ll move to a mix of Bollywood, Arabic, and Shakira tracks — burning calories, learning new moves, and having a whole lot of fun along the way.
