Join us for Big Gay Beaver Day 2026, a joyful fundraiser celebrating beavers, nature, and the queer community.

The Ealing Beaver Project at Paradise Fields is London’s first urban beaver reintroduction, a project in partnership with Citizen Zoo, Ealing Wildlife Group, Friends of Horsenden Hill, Ealing Council and Supported by the Mayor of London! Together, we’re working to transform the capital into a wilder, more nature-rich landscape, with beavers playing a central role as ecosystem engineers.

Now in its second year, this special fundraising event is dedicated to our queer community and proudly celebrates that the project itself is queer led. It’s a chance to connect, support wider beaver reintroductions across London, and have an unforgettable day of fun.

The afternoon will include intimate group tours of the beaver landscape at Paradise Fields, where you’ll learn about the reintroduction project and, if you’re lucky, spot the beavers themselves.

Afterwards, we’ll gather at Horsenden Hill Farm for an evening of fabulous entertainment. Expect big laughs, bold performances, and plenty of fundraising fun, and all proceeds will support ongoing work to reintroduce beavers across the capital!

Entertainment

We're thrilled to be joined by Drag King Brent Would and Drag Queen That Girl, followed by DJ sets from Mummy & Daddy – Lucy and Ali of 1-800 Dyke Rescue – before rounding off the evening with an extraordinary pop-up lesbian arm-wrestling bar hosted by Uhaul Dyke Rescue (Instagram profiles linked below).

We have a limited number of complimentary tickets available to help ensure cost isn't a barrier to attending. Priority will be given to trans and gender-diverse people, as well as other members of the LGBTQI+ community who would otherwise be unable to attend. If this applies to you, please get in touch.

This is an adults-only event and spaces are limited to 180 people, so please book early.

There are two ticket options: one includes the beaver tour and evening celebration, while the other includes entry to the barn celebration only (ideal for those who joined the tour last year). Pizzas, other food and additional drinks can be purchased at the farm throughout the evening.
