Soul Mama presents the House Gospel Choir Brunch  The late great Frankie Knuckles once said of house music: "It's church for people that have fallen from grace." House Gospel Choir is the place where spirituality and the euphoria of the dance floor come together. Anyone who has been caught up in the rapture of a true house classic can testify to its power to unify and uplift. House Gospel Choir’s live sets create a fusion of the biggest house, gospel and garage tunes that make every performance an unforgettable experience.  MEET THE CHOIR THAT HOUSE BUILT Founded on the dance floor 10 years ago, a collective of singers with a love of House & Gospel music were brought together by founder & creative director Natalie Maddix. Connected by the power of voice, House Gospel Choir has built a growing community of like-minded singers propelling their passion of singing, to creating music and performances that inspire. House Gospel Choir is the place where spirituality and the euphoria of the dance floor come together. It is a voice for those that can sing… but don't always know the words! It's a home for anyone who has ever found themselves lost in music at a festival, or in a nightclub or on the tube on the way to work.   House Gospel Choir’s live sets create a fusion of the biggest house, gospel and garage tunes that make every performance an unforgettable experience. That is the beauty of HGC, taking us to new heights of euphoria, imploring us to feel empowered, connected and always looking for a chance to uplift our voices with theirs. They remind us of the altitude of our last euphoric club moment and with each note, we’re there again, watching the magic unfold in front of us, ready to receive. HGC is built on the understanding that we can't all speak at the same time and have our voices heard but we can sing together as one voice and be understood.
