About This Event

Your degree got you this far. Now it’s time to turn your potential into professional momentum. Breaking into the job market can be difficult. You may have the qualifications, but still find yourself wondering: \- Why isn’t my CV getting results? \- How do I stand out without years of experience? \- How do I build confidence when networking? \- What are employers actually looking for? \- And how do I prove what I can do before someone gives me the opportunity? You’ll explore: • Networking & Confidence — Learn how to approach people, join conversations naturally and make a stronger first impression. • Career Positioning — Understand how your CV, LinkedIn presence and professional identity influence how employers see you. • The Experience Problem — Discover ways to move beyond “I need experience to get experience” and start building evidence of what you can actually do. • What Employers Look For — Explore the professional behaviours and competencies that help people get hired and succeed once they enter the workplace. • Practical Career Direction — Leave with a clearer understanding of the areas you need to strengthen and the next steps you can take. ## Discover the Career Accelerator Programme You’ll also be introduced to CAP — the Career Accelerator Programme, a structured 12-week programme designed for people who are serious about building a career, not si
