Lisa has specialised in HMOs since 2009, creating high-quality, well-managed homes for everyone from young professionals to vulnerable adults.

As co-founder of Ideal Urban Property Management, she manages HMOs across Surrey, Greater London and Berkshire and advises landlords on management and strategy. Her focus is straightforward: transforming underperforming properties into better homes while creating sustainable returns for investors.

Lisa is also the host of Surrey Property Exchange.
